1. All payments that fall under long stays are strictly non refundable and the entire amount is to paid in advance on or before the time of check in.
2. Guests may chose to book for 15 days package or 30 days package.
3. Extensions are only given on monthly basis or bi-monthly basis.
4. Extension on these long stays must be done between 3-5 days prior to completion of the long stay packages.
5.Long stay packages don't apply for peak season dates from 20th December and 17th January.​
6. All guests shall abide by the general terms and conditions of the hostel.

MICASA HOSTELS RESERVES ALL RIGHT TO ADMISSION. ANY OF THE ABOVE SAID TERMS MAYBE AMENDED OR UPDATED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BY THE MANAGEMENT.
ANY THREAT TO PERSON, PROPERTY OR DISREGARD TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOSTEL OR OF THE LONG STAY, MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF THE PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
